Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-10
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Oraculo, operated by DSPro. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Oraculo is a software platform that helps organizations capture, transcribe, organize, and analyze operational content from authorized channels such as audio messages, meetings, chats, and uploaded files. Features may include task extraction, summaries, search, AI-assisted responses, workspace management, and subscription billing.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace administrators may invite members, assign roles, and manage access within their organization.
- You must be authorized to connect third-party accounts (Google, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) on behalf of yourself or your organization.
- You must not share access tokens, bypass authentication, or attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces or data.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Oraculo lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or upload content you do not have the right to process.
- No unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content or activity.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the platform.
- No use of Oraculo to send spam or unsolicited communications through integrated channels.
4. Integrations and Third-Party Services
Oraculo may connect to external providers when you authorize an integration. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. DSPro is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or data handling outside Oraculo's control.
- You may revoke integrations at any time from your profile or provider settings.
- Google, Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Stripe, OpenAI, and other providers process data according to your authorization and their policies.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans, seat quantities, trials, and billing are processed through Stripe or other designated payment providers. Fees, renewal terms, and cancellation rules are shown at checkout or in the workspace subscription area. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
6. Intellectual Property
Oraculo, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by DSPro or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting DSPro a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and your workspace.
7. Availability and Changes
We strive to keep Oraculo available and secure, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. DSPro may modify features, impose reasonable usage limits, or discontinue parts of the service with notice when practicable.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of Oraculo. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you to DSPro for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, when applicable.
9. Termination
You may stop using Oraculo at any time. DSPro may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply elsewhere. Questions about these terms may be sent through the contact section at oraculo.dspro.tech or to info@dspro.tech.
